Gina Lopez death

The report of Lopez’s alleged death was posted by the lifestyle website Town & Country Philippines.
The article claimed that the former Secretary, a daughter of the late ABS-CBN chairman emeritus Eugenio Lopes Jr., died due to brain cancer. It has since been taken down.
Lopez, who is known for her healthy lifestyle and environmental advocacy, shared in a Facebook video post last month that she was “having health challenges which I have found a blessing.”
ABS-CBN Foundation has denied that former Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Gina Lopez has passed away.
A report by GMA News Online Friday (August 16) quoted the foundation as saying that Lopez “is still alive.”
ABS-CBN Foundation added that any official statement about Lopez will come from the organization
